At Scooty Shades, every release is produced as a limited edition collection. Because of the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Cancellations after an order has been placed
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if inventory is available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Scooty Shades is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is accurate before placing an order. Scooty Shades is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
